This is a blend of Fiano Minutolo and a small percentage of Vermentino grape. Minutolo is an ancient vine variety that has been cultivated in Puglia since 1.200, it was recently rediscovered and saved from extinction.  Tenute Lu Spada retrieved this vine grape on its own terroir by the Cillarese Lake and a few kilometres away from the sea. The particular climate provides the wine with floral notes, scents of yellow pulp fruits and aromatic herbs with a balanced sapidity.
